Mount Prevost in the Cowichan Valley is certainly one of the most well known and respectfully regarded hills on Vancouver Island. With over 15 years experience on these very trails, Team Fish guides and coaches present relevant and sage guidance about how to ride these challenging trails.
2017 was TFBC's Year of Prevost, with alternating weekends on Prevost, alternating shuttled and enduro-style sessions, which made for some pretty strong individuals. We managed to fit in 16 excursions to Prevost, we are stronger for that certainly. With your Club Membership paid, get on the list to receive updates about when TFBC is biking Prevost.
Alex brings many years experience (he rode this hill weekly when he lived in Duncan, for example) on Mount Prevost, knowing the trails like the back of his hand, helping keep young bikers keen and on point when exploring these trails. With attention on the group at all times, Alex returns them safe and sound at the end of the day.
Mount Prevost in the Cowichan Valley has some of the most technically challenging and steep terrain available on Southern Vancouver Island. An outdoor recreationalist's boon, motorcyclists and 4x4 drivers also love to play on it, but the mtb trails are where Prevost's intensity really shows itself. Mountain bikers internationally take the time to come check this hill out; let Team Fish show you why they bother. Our favourite hill, a special treat.
For interested and experienced bikers looking to get acquainted with Mt Prevost, we are offering seats in our vehicle. This is not a taxi service; you will be expected to play well with others and ride within your capabilities and with respect for the hill, yourself and the rest of the gang.
It's best to earn your turns. We notice who comes out to do their time working hard to ride up and down that steep road, and TFBC rewards those who show up for the hard work. Life isn't all escalator rides; sometimes you have to take the stairs. Your character will appreciate it. Be part of a select group of legit tough guys, and come along for a rewarding ride.
